These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Service Policies

These policies outline the framework for the relationship between WORLD ADMISSION and its clients, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding services, responsibilities, and fees. They are produced with fairness for both parties, reflecting WORLD ADMISSION's goodwill to serve students while ensuring that students, in turn, do not act in ways that harm WORLD ADMISSION. These policies aim to foster a positive, mutually beneficial relationship between both parties, maintaining respect and cooperation throughout the process.

Policy No. 001

Refund Policy

WORLD ADMISSION operates as a service provider. No refund will be processed unless the service agreed upon is not provided. Once the service has commenced or been completed, the client will not be eligible for a refund. In cases where services are incomplete due to WORLD ADMISSION's failure to deliver, clients MAY BE entitled to a full or partial refund for any service fee paid, subject to review by WORLD ADMISSION management. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

Policy No. 002

Service Discontinuation and Chargeback Policy

If a client, either the Student or their representative, chooses to discontinue the program or service agreed upon, including terminating the agreement without a valid reason or ceasing engagement for 28 business days without submitting an official termination request, through their own decision and not due to WORLD ADMISSION's inability to deliver, WORLD ADMISSION reserves the right to charge:

  • A service fee of $60 USD per hour (or the equivalent amount) for every hour spent, starting from the initial communication, covering consultations, administrative work, and any services provided up to the point of discontinuation.
  • An additional administration fee of $150 USD (or the equivalent amount) will also be applied to cover case handling, document management, and administrative processing associated with the discontinuation.

Consultation and application service time are calculated as follows:

  • Each consultation session is rounded up to the nearest whole hour.
  • An additional 2.5 service hours are added to the total for each submitted application.

Policy No. 003

Exclusive Representative Authorization

Once the Representative Authorization and Agreement is signed, the student or their representative may not submit applications, listed or unlisted, for the agreed-upon program(s) through any other similar third party, service provider, or on an individual basis without the written consent of WORLD ADMISSION. Any harmful practices, such as duplicate applications or non-disclosed third-party involvement, or solely application submission, are prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and legal action, with the application of Discontinuation and Service Chargeback as placed in Policy No. 002.

Policy No. 004

Termination of Agreement

The student or their representative may terminate the Representative Authorization and Agreement only by providing 45 days' written notice to WORLD ADMISSION. During this notice period, both parties are required to fulfill their obligations under the agreement. Early termination without notice or agreement from WORLD ADMISSION may result in applicable service charges as per the Service Discontinuation and Chargeback Policy.

Policy No. 005

Application Outcome Disclaimer

WORLD ADMISSION and its partners do not hold responsibility or liability for the final outcome of applications submitted on behalf of the student. While every effort is made to provide expert guidance and support, the final decision rests solely with the respective educational institutions, and no guarantees can be made regarding admissions, visa approvals, or any other related outcomes.

Policy No. 006

Signature Authorization for Application Submission

By signing the Representative Authorization and Agreement, the student authorizes WORLD ADMISSION and its partners to copy the student's signature for the purpose of completing and submitting applications on their behalf. This authorization extends to all applications related to the programs of interest, ensuring a timely and complete submission process.

Policy No. 007

Change of Intake or Deferral Service Fee

If a student wishes to change their intake date or defer their application to a later term, WORLD ADMISSION will assist in processing this request. A service fee of $90 USD (or the equivalent amount) will be charged for each intake change or deferral service. This fee is to cover administrative and application amendment costs.

Policy No. 008

Security Deposit

WORLD ADMISSION reserves the right to apply a refundable security deposit ranging between $400–$800 USD (or equivalent), calculated at WORLD ADMISSION's discretion. This deposit is applied in cases where the Student demonstrates a lack of commitment to the agreed-upon plan, fails to adhere to the program's guidelines, or when no sufficient guarantor reference is available to confirm the Student's commitment or reliability. The security deposit will be fully refundable once the student successfully enrolls in their chosen program. However, if the student decides to discontinue the service without legitimate cause or violates the agreed terms, the security deposit may be forfeited.

The applicable deposit amount is determined based on the tier of service the student has received prior to deposit collection:

  • Tier 1: $400–$500 USD — Applied to students who have not received any services or consultations.
  • Tier 2: $500–$700 USD — Applied to students who have received initial services or 2–5 hours of consultation.
  • Tier 3: $700–$800 USD — Applied to students who have received ongoing services, consultations, or submitted an application for admission.

The final security deposit amount is determined at WORLD ADMISSION's discretion and may vary depending on case-specific factors, service history, and risk evaluation.

Policy No. 009

Resolve Policy

For clients who were served by WORLD ADMISSION, or were in communication with any of its representatives, and subsequently chose to stop the service or communication without providing written notice or an explanation, a resolve policy will be applied if they wish to resume services. The resolve policy will be calculated according to the terms outlined in the Discontinuation and Service Chargeback Policy (Policy No. 002). In addition, a refundable security deposit of $400–$800 USD (or equivalent), as outlined in Security Deposit Policy (Policy No. 008), will be required, at WORLD ADMISSION's discretion.
